The historic Spookhuis, constructed in 1892 of massive limestone blocks quarried on the original farm and transported by ox-wagon, is our very special event venue. The sprawling lawns that are lapped by the estuary can accommodate many more. Wherever you set up, you are backdropped by those marvellous views. We can accommodate up to 40 on site, but have many excellent local options for overflow guests.
Just over two hours’ drive from Cape Town, with plenty to do on site as well as the characterful village of Stanford to explore, not to mention Walker Bay whale trips and shark cage diving at Gansbaai, your guests are in for a keystone celebration, one that will be remembered forever, and we can help you plan every detail.
